General Terms and Conditions for purchases and sales through the e-shop cizgimedical.bg

These terms and conditions govern the manner in which purchases and sales will be made through the cizgimedical.bg e-shop. It is a contract between cizgimedical.bg on the one hand and the User on the other. By ordering products from cizgimedical.bg the User agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions. They are binding for all users.

1. Общи положения

When registering on the cizgimedical.bg website, the User agrees to voluntarily provide his/her personal information necessary for the purchase and sale of goods from the e-shop. cizgimedical.bg guarantees that it will not provide this data to third parties, except as provided for in the Personal Data Protection Act.

2. Информация за публикуваните стоки

Всички стоки, публикувани на сайта, са посочени с цена в Евро ДДС. cizgimedical.bg не носи отговорност, ако информацията, публикувана от производителите на стоките относно техническите им характеристики, е невярна. cizgimedical.bg си запазва правото без предупреждение и по всяко време да прави промени в публикуваните материали, софтуера, услугите и продуктите. Сайтът cizgimedical.bg не носи отговорност, ако публикуваната информация не е актуална или някои от публикуваните продукти не са налични в момента. 3. Purchase and sale of goods through the site cizgimedical.bg

Each User has the right to buy goods from the site cizgimedical.bg at the price indicated therein. For easier and more convenient identification, the User can register on the site by filling in a contact registration form. In this way he will get quick and easy access to all the products he has purchased.

4. Доставка на стоки

Всяка поръчана стока от сайта ще бъде доставена до посочено от Потребителя населено място в България. Поръчки, направени до 16 часа, се обработват същия ден, а след 16 часа – на следващия ден. При доставка над 110€, доставката се поема от нас до офис на еконт. Доставката се извършва до 48 часа след потвърждаване на поръчката, направена от Потребителя.

5. Cancellation of goods

Each customer has the right to cancel the ordered and delivered goods within 7 working days from the date of receipt in case it has not been used and the integrity of the packaging has not been violated. According to Article 55 of the CPA cizgimedical.bg can only accept the returned purchase if it is in the original packaging, without signs of use or damage to the commercial appearance. The transport and other costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the User.
